Martin Denton the next Commander of the NSP Carrier Enforcement Division. Cpt. Martin Denton takes over for Cpt. Dan Doggett, who retired on June 30 after a 34-year career with NSP.“Cpt. Denton has a strong track record as a leader in many areas of our agency,” said Col.
