Joyce Hanz | Tribune-Review The historic Casino Theatre in Vandergrift opened in 1900. Ongoing restorations and repairs are a reality for volunteers. The theater remains closed due to the pandemic. Three former jail cells are used as dressing rooms during large productions.

Food truck rally planned Saturday in Lower Burrell Lower Burrell Volunteer Fire Company No. 3, 3255 Leechburg Road, will host a Food Truck Rally from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the firehall. Cash and credit and debit cards will be accepted. Outdoor covered seating and free parking will be available. Twenty percent of proceeds will be donated to the fire company.
