Downtown Troutdale hosts film crew and closes main drag on Tuesday, May 4, to accommodate them
Troutdale s main business street will be closed Tuesday as a film crew shoots a television show.
A section of the Historic Columbia River Highway in downtown Troutdale between Buxton Road and Southeast Kibling Street will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. May 4, Multnomah County announced Friday, April 30.
The closure starts at the corner where Bandit s Bar & Grill is located and ends roughly at the end of the business district at the east end.
Signs will direct drivers to the detour route on Southeast Second Street, one block south of the Historic Highway.

TriMet Blue Line riders in Portland’s southeast area will see delays and shuttle buses as part of their commutes Monday through Friday, May 3-7.
Crews will be working on track improvements between Civic Drive and the E. 122nd Avenue platform 7 a.m. Monday through 8 p.m. Friday. Shuttle buses will be serving riders between these two stations. Commuters should add at least an extra 30 minutes to their trips.

BRIDAL VEIL, Ore. Six miles of the Historic Columbia River Highway and nearby trails to popular waterfalls are back open in the Columbia Gorge for the first time since January, after landslides covered parts of the road in mud and debris.
On Thursday, state transportation officials announced the highway is back open between Bridal Veil and Ainsworth State Park. People can once again use the highway to visit Wahkeena Falls, Horsetail Falls and Multnomah Falls.
