Stony Point, Statesville Residents Charged With Drug Offenses Following Alexander County Traffic Stop

38-year old Misty Elaine Griffin of Stony Point and 32-year-old Tony Bryan Little of Statesville were arrested Saturday (April 24) by Taylorsville Police Officers.
They’re each charged with felony counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver methamphetamine and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance along with misdemeanor counts of possession of schedule II and IV controlled substances, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Little is additionally charged with misdemeanor possession of schedule III controlled substance.

42-year-old Marty Joe Bryan of Hiddenite was arrested Saturday (March 13) by Alexander County Sheriff’s Officers and the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. He’s charged with felony counts of possession of schedule II controlled substance (methamphetamine) and flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle.
In addition, Bryan is charged with two misdemeanor counts apiece of possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting a public officer. He’s also charged with multiple traffic citations including speeding, reckless driving with wanton disregard, driving left of center, and failure to stop for a stop sign or flashing red light.
