COVID-19 testing continues at the National Guard Armory in

Welcome Fire Relief Association is holding a fundraiser raffle for multiple gift cards from local businesses and a grand prize of a dinner tasting for 10 people at the Cup N’ Saucer in Sherburn. Each ticket costs $10 and can be purchased from any Welcome firefighter. The winner need not be present to win on Feb. 7. They hope to have the drawing at their annual pancake feed at 9 a.m. on

WELCOME If you want your packages to arrive by Christmas, then today is the last day to get them in the mail. Welcome Post Office hours are 8 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday and 8:30-9:30 a.m. on Saturday.
If anyone is interested in Christmas Eve services for the Circle of Faith parishes, please contact the church office at (507) 728-8259 for information about the services and COVID protocols to be used. There will be no Christmas Day services. Also, St. Paul’s United Church of Christ will not have Christmas Day services.
Mark your calendars for Dec. 28, where free frozen meals will be provided to Welcome residents by the Lutheran Social Services. The delivery will be at 5 p.m. at the fire hall in Welcome. Up to 5 meals and a snack may be picked up. Meals for others in your household may be picked up also.
