I had heard through the food rumor mill there was a chance Buffi s Peaux Boys on Ryan Street would be coming back, but in a new downtown location. I started seeing pictures of a renovated downtown location and knew it just had to be true. This morning, I ran across an article from Visit Lake Charles that confirmed the rumors. Buffi s is coming back, and it indeed will be located downtown.

LAKE CHARLES, La. â The 2021 LHSAA Marsh Madness Girlsâ Basketball State Championship semifinals will be held March 1 â 3, followed by the Boysâ Basketball State Championship semifinals and finals tournament, March 8 â 13, at the Burton Coliseum Complex, 7001 Gulf Hwy. LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - Multiple organizations from around Southwest Louisiana have come together to form a new communications initiative designed for post-storm rebuilding efforts.
The communications teams from the City of Lake Charles, Visit Lake Charles, Community Foundation of Southwest Louisiana, Southwest Louisiana Economic Development Alliance, Calcasieu Parish Police Jury, United Way of Southwest Louisiana, City of Sulphur and Cameron Parish recently formed the RebuildingSWLA group to streamline correspondence and dissemination of information to people across the region.

LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - There’s new help for Lake Charles residents struggling to recover from the series of disasters they have faced.
Wednesday, the City of Lake Charles along with several groups throughout the region launched RebuildingSWLA.com, in hopes of being a one-stop source for recovery information.
The communications teams from the following groups recently formed the RebuildingSWLA group to streamline correspondence and dissemination of information to people across the region.
