U.S.A. –-(Ammoland.com)- Nevada Assembly Bill 286, which would ban unfinished receivers, will be heard by the Senate Judiciary Committee Tuesday May 5th 2021 at 1 PM PST.
The bill will ban people in Nevada from possessing, purchasing, transporting, or receiving an unfinished frame or receiver without serializing the part.
The bill does exempt firearms importers and manufacturers from the requirement. The bill does not have a grandfather clause which means those in possession of these currently legal items will have to turn them into the government or destroy them without compensation.

In My Opinion
We all have different opinions. We may not always agree with each other, however, we should be free to openly express ourselves.
We currently stand in what has been called “the cancel culture”.
Where people who may NOT share our perspectives stop our free speech.
My family holds two residences, one in Henrico County and a second in Chesterfield County. We split when we took on the care of our Grandmother Elaine Morrison. We were unable to find a home large enough for everyone and our youngest son Elliot was in his last year of school at Virginia Randolph. He was majoring in in Electrical Engineering. Mandy and I did not want to take him out of school as he finally found something that he excelled in and was doing well.

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) An aide for Republican gubernatorial candidate Amanda Chase brandished a gun in a road-rage incident while the candidate participated in a virtual gun-rights debate in the back of her campaign van.
In the midst of a candidate forum with the Virginia Citizens Defense League, Chase who was participating by phone in the Tuesday debate shouts “No. Stop.”
“Speaking of a Second Amendment moment, we just had to, oh, my goodness, we are exercising our Second Amendment rights right now on our car, where we had somebody road rage, trying to get in front of us,” Chase says.
Shayne Snavely told The Washington Post he displayed an AR-15 pistol after a passenger in a sedan got of his car and started walking toward the van with a hand in his pocket.
“Yeah, he got a gun in his face,” Snavely said, who referred to the AR-15 as a little bit of overwhelming force.
Snavely, who was driving, said the other car kept pushing into them while he was in an exit lane, and that the passenger in the other car actually opened the door while moving and gesticulated at the van. Snavely said he displayed the pistol after the car continued to follow the van after exiting the highway.
