CHARLESTON â Gov. Jim Justice called the West Virginia Legislature into session on Thursday and requested $250 million be allocated throughout the state government, including to education, tourism, and more.
âThe special session call requests that the Legislature consider over $250 million in supplementary appropriations that Gov.
