Worcestershire Regulatory Services is urging business owners and those heading to the pub on Monday to do so safely, and to be mindful of new rules which kick in on April 12. From Monday, when hospitality venues can reopen for outdoor service only, all customers aged over 16 must sign in using the NHS Test and Trace system or providing their details, otherwise they should not be let in.
