Funimation Reaches Settlement in Class-Action Lawsuit Over Allegedly Violating Americans with Disabilities Act

Documents for the class-action lawsuit that Jenisa Angeles, a legally blind person, filed against
Funimation Global Group, LLC in January reveal that the lawsuit was settled out of court. The documents provided no other details of the settlement. The corresponding notice of settlement was filed on March 12.
Funimation declined to comment with ANN on the lawsuit settlement.
