Employee charged with setting Bay County gas station on fire while working his shift

PINCONNING, MI A 40-year-old man has been charged with setting fire to a Bay County gas station he worked at while on shift.
Paul T. Jose on Thursday, March 4, was arrested by Bay County Sheriff’s deputies and later that afternoon appeared before Bay County District Magistrate Janice Doner for arraignment on one count of third-degree arson. The charge is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a fine of $20,000 or three times the value of the burned property.
