PANAMA CITY When the stars (or the moon, earth and sun in this case) align just right, a passenger in a Beach-found jet might look down and instinctively know the same thing as a Semipalmated Plover spotting St. Andrews Bay: that place looks like it has a lot of great places to eat.
And both would be right.
Drivers, walkers, joggers, strollers and the like who take advantage of the scenery along Beach Drive may have noticed that this time of year, when the tide is low, it can be really, really low. Particularly along Beach Drive from the Tarpon Dock Bridge by the seawall east to Cherry Street where the road takes a 90-degree turn toward the heart of the Cove.
