Q: I live on a couple of acres off of Gordon Valley Road. I’m at the back of a small street and share lot lines with neighbors on both sides. We own three dogs, which are fenced behind the house during the day. Last week, my neighbor, who owns several dogs of his own, said that every time he walks along our shared property line, on his side of the fence, one of my dogs starts barking and jumping up and down on my side of the fence. He said the dog really bothered him because he was afraid the dog would break down and fence and attack him. So, trying to be a good neighbor, I built a kennel several feet away from the fence in which I now keep the dogs. I thought the problem was settled. This week the same neighbor again approached me and said he didn’t like my dogs barking all the time and wants me to make them stop. That request seems like it’s going too far. We live on
