The program offers $28.6 billion in grants to assist restaurants and bars with pandemic-related revenue losses (up to $10 million per business or $5 million per location). Of that total, $5 billion will be set aside for small businesses with 2019 gross receipts of less than $500,000. Applications will launch soon.
