Automotive Vehicle Technician in Southend
Salary: Basic from £25,000 to £27,000 OTE £32,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am till 5pm - 1 in 3 Saturdays
Our client is seeking a fully trained Technician to join their already successful motor trade team working within a busy Prestige workshop/dealership. You need to be a team player, able to work to deadlines and have the ability to use your own initiative.
Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:
Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
Carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to manufacturer s scheduled times to maintain efficiency

As a Sytner Technician, you will join our team of talented vehicle technicians and be responsible for the maintenance and repair work of motor vehicles for our customers. You will also ensure that you deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Each of our dealerships boasts state-of-the-art facilities, equipment and technology in workshops, which are safe, friendly and clean.
Sytner Vehicle Technicians work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
Our client is seeking an NVQ Level 3 Motor Vehicle Technician with an MOT card.
The salary is negotiable depending on your skills from £25,000 to £30,000 as a package.

Requirements
You must be a time served qualified vehicle technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City and Guilds â NVQ Level 2 or 3, in light vehicle maintenance and vehicle diagnostics (or equivalent qualification) Â
You will have the ability to work within given timescales and the ability to tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing, inline with the company and manufacturer standards and procedures. Diagnostic skills and experience of vehicle problem solving is essential along with the ability to fix vehicles right first time. Teamworking and the ability to exceed customer expectations is a big part of the criteria for this position.
Salary
Salary is dependent on experience and level 3 and current MOT licence is a must
