Walker and Walker Waterproofing Ltd was named Contractor of the Year in the Structural Waterproofing category for small to medium businesses by the Property Care Association. The PCA presents Contractor of the Year’ awards to members based on their annual audit. Walker and Walker Waterproofing Ltd – known as W3 – specialises in large commercial build basements. The company was founded by husband and wife team, Emily and Andrew Walker, both graduates of the world-renowned Camborne School of Mines in Cornwall. Two years ago, W3 was presented with a PCA award for Best New Member Application.
