15 3-Story Townhouse Units Planned Behind Raceway On Broad Street Tuesday, February 23, 2021 Fifteen three-story townhouses are planned behind the Raceway on South Broad Street. The project by developers Hiren Desai and Jimmy White will be called The Flats at Southside Gardens. The townhomes will be at the corner of 25th Street and Cowart. There will be 62 parking spaces at the southeast corner of the block, which includes 1.27 acres. The rezoning case will be heard by the Planning Commission on March 8 at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
