Muscat: Fewer incidents of people breaking quarantine rules are being seen every day, thanks to the publication of awareness material asking people to asking people to observe isolation rules.
To make sure people stay in quarantine, a number of Tarassud tracking devices have also been installed by Omani company eMushrif, which is responsible for setting up services to track those in isolation – whether domestic or institutional – in many public areas, including malls, banks, fuel stations, hotels, customer service centres, and some government institutions.
Our President announced on the 28th of February 2021, that our country is back to Level 1 Lockdown, with immediate effect. Our Call Centre and Customer Service Centres within the Shopping Malls and Satellite Centres located along the Gauteng e-roads remain open and fully operational to attend to all your Customer Service-related matters in accordance with Level 1 regulations.
In line with the Extended Curfew, our trading hours are back to normal.
Trading Hours: • Satellite Centres: 6am – 10pm. • Customer Service Centres in the Shopping Malls will operate according to the specific Shopping Centre trading hours.
All sites are open seven (7) days per week.
