An American man was recently lost for words after spotting a very angry handwritten note left on an illegally parked car in a disabled spot. Mike Suss, an American accountant, posted a video on TikTok showing a vehicle stationed outside the Waterloo Hotel in Fortitude Valley, in Brisbane s CBD.
