Vanderburgh Co Sheriff s Office hosting prescription drug take back day

(WFIE) - This coming Saturday, the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Drug Enforcement Administration, will host a prescription drug “take back” day. That will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Indiana National Guard Armory located at 3300 E. Division Street. The sheriff’s office and the DEA will collect tablets, capsules, patches and other solid forms of prescription drugs. Pic credit: Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office The Murder Tapes is in Evansville, Indiana, to investigate the murder of Anthony Blaylock, who was gunned down in a parking lot in the middle of the night by Darius Bushrod in 2017. On August 27, 2017, in the small hours of the morning, the police were called to an American Legion post in downtown Evansville after receiving reports of shots fired. When the officers arrived at the parking lot, they found three people injured, along with 32-year-old Anthony Blaylock, who had succumbed to his injuries after being shot multiple times in the torso.
