Scott Silvis, 42, of Upper Nazareth Township, was arrested after the ongoing investigation revealed he provided “material support” to the two teachers previously charged, George Chilmonik and Dave Post, according to Prosecutor James Pfeiffer.

Coach Dave Post, 36 and also a math teacher at the school, and George Chilmonik, 74, with the district since 1970, were taken into custody Monday by New Jersey State Police and a county detective at the Lopatcong Township school. The pair were housed overnight at the Warren County jail and made their first appearance Tuesday in Warren County Superior Court.

Warren Co. man faces several child porn charges after 5-month investigation Updated 12:16 PM; A 57-year-old White Township man is charged with several counts of possessing and distributing child pornography, the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office announced Friday morning after a five-month investigation. George Oakes IV, of the first block of Colby Court, is charged with one count of manufacturing child porn, two counts of distributing child porn, three counts of possession of child porn (more than 1,000 images), and two counts of possession of child porn (fewer than 1,000 images), Prosecutor Jim Pfeiffer said in a news release. Oakes was arrested Wednesday, Pfeiffer said, and freed from custody that afternoon pending further court action, records indicate.
