WARREN Police are looking for the man who fled as officers arrived to investigate an alleged abduction of a woman at a Subway restaurant on Nine Mile Road east of Groesbeck at 2:14 p.m. May 11.
According to Warren police, the suspect, Adrian Lamar Brown, 31, described as Black, 5 feet 6 inches tall and 175 pounds,was last seen driving a burgundy 2015-2020 Chevy Suburban with Florida plates. He was reportedly wearing a black shirt with white graphics on the back and blue jeans.
Michigan police arrest 39 in operation against body mutilation, drugs, prostitution

WARREN, MI – In its seventh task force in two years, a Southeast Michigan police department arrested 39 suspects on 67 felonies related to drugs and overdoses, prostitution, mutilation of a dead body, robbery, larceny and more, with the help of community tips.
The Warren Police Department executed “Operation PEACE: Police Enforcement and Community Engagement” from May 3-7 with the help of neighborhood watch programs and information obtained through the Warren Police PAID (Police Against Illegal Drugs) tip line, said Warren Police Commissioner William Dwyer during a Monday morning news conference recorded and published by FOX 2 Detroit.
Suspect in fatal Warren shooting arrested, police say
Warren A 27-year-old man has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a 28-year-old man Friday, police said.
Officers were called about 3:30 p.m. Friday for a report of a shooting at the Warren Manor Apartments on Dequindre Road just north of Eight Mile, they said.
They arrived and found the victim, who had been shot five times in the head and neck. A preliminary investigation revealed the man had been shot as he lay on a parking lot. Officials said he was shot three times in the head while he was on the ground.

Following a monthlong intensive investigation, four men have been charged in connection with a drug trafficking operation that was distributing deadly fentanyl in four counties, Warren police announced Tuesday.
The investigation was kicked off in early November after the death of a 47-year-old Warren resident. In 2020, overdoses increased by 18.8% just in Warren and overdose deaths increased by 89.6%, Warren Police Commissioner William Dwyer said.
The four men three are in custody and one is being sought by police are facing charges including conducting a criminal enterprise, three counts of conspiracy to deliver fentanyl and three counts of delivering/manufacturing fentanyl. Each charge is a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
