Man called Asian taxi driver a terrorist during tirade of racial abuse A MAN who racially abused a taxi driver has been fined hundreds of pounds by a court. Stephen Fox, of Fairclough Avenue in Howley, called the Asian victim a ‘terrorist’ and a ‘p i’ during a tirade of abuse in an incident in May this year. Appearing before Warrington Magistrates Court on Wednesday, July 7, the 62-year-old admitted racially-aggravated threatening behaviour. He was fined £450 and told to pay court costs of £85 plus a £45 victim surcharge.
