TODAY marks five years since we lost Viola Beach following a devastating crash in Sweden. The Warrington band – tipped for great things by the likes of BBC Introducing, SJM Concerts and Communion Records – along with their devoted manager Craig Tarry died on February 13, 2016. The Courteeners To pay tribute to the boys that sing we have dug back through our archive to one of Warrington s biggest parties in their honour – the Viola Beach tribute celebration. The event at Parr Hall on April 2, 2016, saw The Courteeners, Blossoms, The Coral and The Kooks joined by the likes of Warrington s Psyblings and Hidden Charms, who were also managed by Craig.
