He has been charged with three counts of interfering with a motor vehicle, two counts of taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving without insurance and making off without payment.
He was also charged with possession of cocaine.
The man was arrested shortly after a report was received of someone trying car doors in Waverley Road, Kenilworth last week and he will appear at Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court on 26 February.
