Officials did not offer any details on the president’s trip to Milwaukee. However, CNN later announced that it will host a town hall with Biden Tuesday evening in Milwaukee moderated by network anchor Anderson Cooper.
Biden and Vice President Harris have been using most of their public appearances to spotlight the new administration’s effort to combat the coronavirus pandemic and promote the president s $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan to provide relief to families and American workers.
