Minor injuries in crash
COSHOCTON - The Coshocton County Sheriff s Office reported a one-vehicle crash at 4:17 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. 36, near County Road 27.
Authorities stated Andrew Roy, 27, of South Point, was traveling east in a 2008 Chevrolet when he lost control. The vehicle went off the right side of the road, struck a utility pole and came to rest in a field.
The sheriff s office said Roy was treated on scene for minor injuries. A passenger in the vehicle, 25-year-old Tyler Baisden of Columbus, was transported to Coshocton Regional Medical Center for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Juvenile injured when SUV hit a bus
COSHOCTON - An 11-year-old juvenile in an SUV was injured after the vehicle struck the rear end of a school bus Tuesday morning.
The Coshocton County Sheriff s Office said the incident occurred shortly before 7 a.m. in the 46000 block of Ohio 541. The road was closed until about 9:30 a.m. while emergency personnel were on scene.
The sheriff s office said no students on the bus were injured and they were transferred to another bus and taken to school. River View Local Schools said there were six students and the driver on the bus. Parents of all students were contacted.

Vehicle crashed into creek on Sunday
COSHOCTON - The Coshocton County Sheriff s Office reported a vehicle crashed into a creek about 4:45 a.m. Sunday on U.S. 36, near County Road 226.
Deputies said Tayler Dinsmore, 19, of Mount Vernon was traveling west when he went left of center, went off the road, through a corn field and coming to rest in a creek. Dinsmore was able to exit the vehicle to the arrival of authorities. Only minor injuries were suffered.
The incident is still under investigation. Assisting on scene were Coshocton County Emergency Medical Services, Walhonding Valley Fire Department and Prince s Wrecker Service.
