The clean energy industry ended the year on a sour note with the fewest number of workers working in the sector since 2015, according to a new report.
It was the first time that the fast-growing industry which includes companies in renewable energy, energy efficiency and grid modernization, saw a drop in jobs compared to the previous year, according to a report from a trio of environmental advocacy groups including Washington-based E2, Massachusetts-based E4TheFuture and Washington-based American Council on Renewable Energy.
