UPDATE: In a news conference Friday evening, Washington County Sheriff Joel Cochran says investigators believe they’ve found the body of Tina Prince, who has been missing since last week.
Her body was found in a rural area near Pleasant Grove Road just outside of Sandersville. It will be taken to a GBI Crime Lab for positive identification and to determine a cause of death.
31-year old Aaron Matthew Adams of Sandersville is charged with concealing a death and making false statements.
The sheriff says the case remains under investigation.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Georgia It s been days since a Washington County teacher has been reported missing. The Department of Natural resources searched a pond in connection with her disappearance on Thursday, but found nothing.
That s according to Washington County Sheriff Joel Cochran, who says the search concluded negative results. Cochran says the search was just precautionary.

46-year-old Tina Prince was eating with her daughter Friday night at Puebla s Mexican Restaurant in downtown Sandersville. The family says she started getting texts during dinner, went outside to take a call, came back inside and told her daughter she was leaving.
She hasn t been seen or heard from since.
According to Washington County Sheriff Joel Cochran, once she got up and left the restaurant, she drove about two miles down the road to Walmart to meet a man she knew.
