On Friday, skies will be mostly sunny and winds will shift to the south at 5-15 mph allowing temperatures to quickly moderate from today’s cold front. Highs will top out in the mid-to-upper 50s.

(TNN) - Mostly cloudy skies with scattered showers and storms arriving late tonight and lasting well into the overnight hours. Any thunderstorms that develop across Texoma are expected to be non-severe. Overnight lows will fall into the upper 40s. A Pacific cold front will move through the area tomorrow morning which will increase winds significantly out of the west at 15-25 mph with winds gusting up to 45-50 mph. Therefore, a Wind Advisory is in effect for much of southwest Oklahoma and northwest Texas, and a High Wind Watch is in effect for Childress, Cottle and King counties. The persistent strong westerly wind will likely bring blowing dust to the area during the afternoon and

(TNN) - Mostly cloudy skies tonight with the chance for a few sprinkles to make it to the surface. Winds will be out of the northeast at 5-15 mph and overnight lows will fall into the upper-30s and low-40s. Patchy dense fog will once again develop overnight reducing visibility by several miles for the morning commute. The fog will mix out during the mid-morning hours and skies will become partly cloudy. There will be a chance for a stray and short-lived shower during the day while most of Texoma is expected to stay dry. Highs will top out in the low-50s and winds will be out of the northeast at 10-15 mph.
