New entries inserted for smooth transaction of business Mohinder Verma JAMMU, Mar 10: Lieutenant Governor of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha has delegated more powers to the Chief Secretary in respect of matters related to appointment of non-gazetted staff in nine important departments, referral of vacancies to the recruiting agency and acceptance of Regular Departmental Actions (RDAs) against the officials. This has been done in exercise of the powers conferred by President Order S.O No.3937 (E) dated October 31, 2019 read with the Third Proviso to Rule 7 and with Rule 43 of the Transaction of Business of Government of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir Rules, 2019 and in continuation of Government Order No.810-JK(GAD) dated September 1, 2020.
