Raktadharaâ 71 delegation demands preparation 1971 martyrs list

DHAKA, February 1, 2021 (BSS) â Raktadharaâ 71 or “Bloodline ’71” today demanded preparation of a list of 1971 martyrs as a delegation of the a newly formed organization comprising offspring of Liberation War martyrs called on Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Haque.
Aroma Dutta MP led the delegation as its the adviser of the group headed by journalist Nadeem Qadir as they held the view exchange meeting with Haque and handed him over a memorandum also outlining its plans and programmes to uphold the Liberation war spirit.
“It (delegation) drew Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s attention through the liberation war affairs minister for formulating the list of all martyrs of Liberation War including war heroines and martyred intellectuals,” a press release of the organisation said.

There is no specific data on the size of land and water portions in Bangladesh, Land Minister Saifuzzaman Chowdhury told the Parliament today. No specific information was found regarding the size of water and land parts of the country from Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics or any other government organisations, he said responding to a tabled question from ruling party MP M Abdul Latif.
He said that for the welfare of the people of the country, the land ministry and other related ministries are working round the clock for preserving land or arable land, forests and waterbodies.
