On the same day that Illinois made their announcement about expanding who is eligible for the coronavirus vaccine in phase 1b of the distribution, Winnebago County Health Department (WCHD) says their short on vaccines. Dr. Marter of WCHD told WREX-TV she s doesn t have a clue why the state didn t send one of the vaccines, Moderna.
