Garcia let loose about six minutes into the game on Thursday, “with his arms spread wide and his genitals flopping all over the place,” as TMZ eloquently put it.

Investigators say Bombers receiver was involved in scuffle with girlfriend before fatal shooting
A receiver under contract with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers was involved in a scuffle with his girlfriend hours before he fatally shot one man and injured another, according to an arrest affidavit released Thursday.

Travis Rudolph is appearing in court Thursday, facing murder charges after an incident in Florida where he allegedly shot at four people, killing at least one man.
The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are announcing they have released Travis Rudolph, a 25-year-old wide receiver who never stepped onto the field for a game. The organization was made aware of Travis Rudolph’s arrest this morning and he has subsequently been released. Rudolph was signed in December of 2019 and did not play in a game for the Blue Bombers, Darren Cameron, the team s Senior Director of Public and Player Relations tweets.
