GUWAHATI: Amid shortage of Covid-19 vaccines in various parts of the country, Assam is expecting a consignment of at least four lakh doses before Rongali Bihu, even as vaccination campaigns began at workplaces in Assam on Sunday.

The Airports Authority of India (AAI), in association with the National Health Mission (NHM), Assam, organised a Covid vaccination camp at the Guwahati airport for the 45+ age group. The camp was open for all eligible family members and employees of AAI, airlines, agencies, frontline staff and stakeholders associated with the LGBI Airport here.
