Vietnam’s sixth carrier, Vietravel Airlines, opened ticket sales for commercial flights starting at 1:00 am on Tuesday following its inauguration late last month.
Travelers can purchase tickets at its website, www.vietravelairlines.com.
On this occasion, the new carrier offers 50,000 tickets at VND0, excluding taxes and fees, from Tuesday to January 25 or until tickets are sold out.
General Director of Vietravel Airlines Vu Duc Bien said that its first commercial flights are scheduled to take off on January 25, with routes to Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hue City in central Thua Thien - Hue Province, Phu Quoc island off southern Kien Giang Province, and Nha Trang City in south-central Khanh Hoa Province operating one to two flights a day.
