GPA provides disconnection answers Disconnection of past-due power and water utility accounts resumed on June 1 and the Guam Power Authority said it stands ready to help customers with a payment plan. Prepaid customers below the $15 minimum credit are subject to immediate disconnection, the agency stated, and postpaid customers 45 days past-due from bill dates beginning June 8 are subject to disconnection.
