Indecent exposure
WILLMAR A 42-year-old man was cited for indecent exposure Tuesday afternoon in the Walmart parking lot on the 700 block of 19th Avenue Southeast.

Arrest
WILLMAR A 46-year-old man was arrested for a Washington County warrant Tuesday afternoon after law enforcement responded to a disorderly conduct call on the 400 block of Sixth Street Southwest.
Shooting death of David Delfosse in Willmar called horrible and tragic
Willmar authorities are putting every available resource into solving the horrible and tragic death of David Delfosse, 41, who was shot while working in his garage Friday evening. The bullet was found to have come through a wall of the garage and hit Delfosse, who later died at Carris-Rice Memorial Hospital. 7:03 pm, Jan. 17, 2021 ×
WILLMAR David Delfosse was working on a remodeling project when he was shot through the wall of his garage Friday evening.
Family members at first thought Delfosse, 41, may have had an accident with electricity or something else he was working on, when he collapsed, and they called 911, Willmar Police Chief Jim Felt said Sunday.
Crash
WILLMAR A delivery truck hit a shed Monday afternoon because the vehicle wasn’t in park and rolled back on the 1300 block of 22nd Street Southwest.
According to the report, a 2017 Ford F-550 truck damaged steel on the outside of West Central Industries around 6:30 a.m. Monday and the parties are exchanging insurance information.
Stolen catalytic converters
WILLMAR A total of three catalytic converters were reported stolen, two Sunday afternoon and one Monday morning, from vehicles on the 3300 block of U.S. Highway 12 West.
Stolen handbag
ORTONVILLE A brown handbag, containing credit cards, a bank card, Social Security card and $90, was reported stolen early Monday morning on the 700 block of Second Street Southeast.
