A man has been charged following the fatal shooting of Patrick Anzy in Dalston.
Jermaine Jackson, 33, was arrested in the Birmingham area in the early hours of May 15.
He was charged the following day with the murder of Patrick Anzy and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
He will appear in custody at Willesden Magistrates Court on May 17.
Patrick Anzy was pronounced dead at the scene after police were called to reports of shots fired in Gillett Square, Dalston, just before 1am on May 8.

Theiventhiram Balakumar was jailed after assaulting two police officers

A man has been jailed for six months after assaulting two police officers while drunk in Kingsbury.
Theiventhiram Balakumar kicked one officer in the leg and spat in the face of another after they approached him in Princes Avenue on September 9.
The police officers from the North West Command Unit were called following reports of a man collapsed at the back of a property.
They found Balakumar lying on the ground, apparently intoxicated, Scotland Yard said.
When the officers told him he had to get up he became abusive and kicked one of them in the leg.

A man has been jailed for assaulting two police officers after he had been found intoxicated in Kingsbury.
Theiventhiram Balakumar, 58 (22.10.62) of no fixed abode was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment after being found guilty of two counts of assault by beating of an emergency services worker at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 6 May.
The incident happened on 9 September 2020 when officers from the North West Command Unit were called to Princes Avenue, NW9 following reports of a man collapsed at the rear of a property.
The officers attended and found Balakumar lying on the ground, apparently intoxicated. The officers informed him he had to get up but he became abusive and kicked one of them in the leg.
