Binghamton man sentenced for firing gun, injuring someone in 2019
(WBNG) The Broome County District Attorney s Office told 12 News a Binghamton man was sentenced to five years in prison in Broome County Court Tuesday.
Lavaugn Ramseur was sentenced to five years in prison for discharging a handgun on Schiller Street in Binghamton in August 2019 and injuring another person. He will also face five years of post-release supervision when he gets out of prison.
Ramseur was found guilty of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree in late May 2021.
