VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewDakota.com) – Koye Grebel has been named the  Farmers Union Wrestler of the Week. Koye is a sophomore and is the Hi-Liners starting wrestler at 106. He is the son of York and Nikki and has one younger brother Koltyn and one older brother Kael who are also both wrestlers for the Hi-Liners. Koye had a super week of wrestling. Koye went 4-0 on the week, handily beating three ranked wrestlers and one unranked wrestler. Koye is 23-0 on the season with every match being a major decision, tech fall or pin. Koye is the returning runner up at 106 and is ranked #1 in North Dakota Class A. Additionally, Koye got his 100th career win vs Keigan Hermanson of Thief River Falls on January 30th.

Johnson Named Wrestler Of The Week

VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Tucker, a sophomore & a starter for the Hi-Liners at 126 lbs, is the son of Nicole and Nathan Johnson and has one older sister, Brinklyn.    Tucker had a great week of wresting, with a 7-0 victory vs WF and a pin vs TRF. He is an exceptional student athlete for the Hi-Liners as he is a member of the “A” Honor roll at VCHS & also participates in football, speech, Student Congress, jazz band, show choir, and Student Council. In his free time, Tucker likes to hang out with friends and go hunting and fishing. His favorite class is Biology and his favorite video game is Minecraft.
