University of Wisconsin System President Tommy Thompson announced five finalists for the position Monday.
An 11-member Search and Screen Committee, led by Regent Scott Beightol, chair, and Professor of Dairy Science Sylvia Kehoe, vice chair, recommended a list of finalists. The Special Regent Committee determined that the following finalists will continue in the selection process.
The finalists, listed in alphabetical order are:
Constance Foster, interim chancellor, University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
Maria Gallo, president, Delaware Valley University, Doylestown, Pa.
Satasha Green-Stephen, associate vice chancellor for academic affairs, Minnesota State College and University System, St. Paul.
Michael Laliberte, president, State University of New York, Delhi.
