Local health officials Monday reported a dozen new confirmed COVID-19 positives in Dickinson County over the weekend and six more cases in Iron County but no new deaths.
As of Monday morning, Dickinson County also had 112 new recovered cases and Iron County 39 recoveries, according to the Dickinson-Iron District Health Department.
The DIDHD on Monday listed Dickinson County at 1,934 confirmed positives and 166 probable cases, with 1,470 recovered, 61 deaths and 569 cases still active.
The figures for Iron County’s total confirmed positives, however, did not appear to have been changed from Friday’s update, even through the DIDHD stated six new cases in its posting on Facebook. The site still showed 745 confirmed cases and 45 probables; the numbers were altered to move recoveries up to 645 and still-active cases down to 111 cases, along with 34 deaths.
