The Wisconsin Department of Health Services promised to begin reimbursing families who qualify for free or reduced price school meals on March 25 through the Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer program, or P-EBT. 

Wisconsin COVID-19: New confirmed cases continue to rise

More than 1.3 million Wisconsinites have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, the state health department reported Saturday. That s nearly 24% of the state s about 5.8 million residents who have received both doses of a Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or one Johnson & Johnson shot, according to Wisconsin Department of Health Services data.  More than 3.4 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccines have been administered since December, according to the state health department. More than 2 million Wisconsin residents have received at least one dose of a vaccine, which is about 37% of the state s population. The vaccine is not yet authorized for children younger than 16. Officials say 340,235 vaccine shots have been administered this week through Friday.
