Here we are, already near the end of January and we are making progress toward a better 2021.
Gaston County has commandeered the Farmers Market in Gastonia to administer the vaccine to halt the Coronavirus COVID-19, which has crippled our world. We are grateful for the Health Department for their insight and orchestration of this vaccine. They continue to perfect and tweak their delivery system, so as we get more and more vaccine available, please refer to the county website www.gastonsaves.com and then hopefully on to the vaccine site, www.gastonsaves.com/covid19vaccine.

KERN COUNTY, Calif. â The Kern County Public Works Department hosts monthly Household Hazardous Waste Collection Events throughout the County of Kern.
Residents can drive-up and drop off their hazardous waste free of charge at any of these one-day collection events. HHW collection events are for residential hazardous waste only. Commercial or business waste will not be accepted.
The schedule for these one-day collection events for the month of January are as follows:
