They believe that it is because of their smaller facility that they are able to provide better care to their patients. Dr. Brian Wilson D.O., Board Certified Psychiatrist, Board Certified Child Psychiatrist, and Chief Medical Officer at Fall River Health Services was initially drawn to the facility because of its size.
