In addition, an appropriate indemnity from prosecution will be recommended for any accomplice, not being the person who actually committed the crime, who first gives such information.

Elosia E. Hupper. OWLS HEAD  Elosia Ella Hupper, 92, passed away peacefully surrounded by family Sunday, January 24, 2021 at the Owls Head Homestead. Elosia was born in Rockland, May 10, 1928, the daughter of James Rodney and Emma Coltart Kinney, she was raised on the family farm in Wiley’s Corner, in St. George. She attended schools in St. George and Rockland. On December 4, 1945 Elosia married Arthur C. Hupper in St. George. The couple made their home in Tenants Harbor, South Thomaston and Port Charlotte, Florida. They were married for 61 years until Arthur’s passing. Elosia and Arthur truly enjoyed their winter home in Port Charlotte for 20 years. They loved to entertain family and friends. She enjoyed playing cards and doing crossword puzzles. Rebecca (Merry) Merrithew. BELFAST It is with broken hearts that we announce Rebecca (Merry) Merrithew, loving wife, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend passed away unexpectedly at her residence on January 19, 2021 at the age of 61. Becky was born on March 9,1959 in Belfast to Elwood and Delores (Surek) Merry. She had one daughter, Heather, to whom she was very devoted along with her grandson Ashton who was the light of her life. Becky was so many things to so many people.  She loved her family and would be there for any of them if they needed her. Her nieces and nephews loved her and she loved them. Becky took great pride in them and their accomplishments.
