Gov. Tony Evers toured La Crosse s community vaccination clinic on opening day Tuesday, visiting the site at UW-La Crosse s Cleary Alumni Center that is the second DHS state clinic established thus far.

The clinic, being operated by staff from AMI Expeditionary Healthcare, is a collaboration between the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, the University of Wisconsin System, the La Crosse County Health Department and other local partners.
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW) - The Weber Health Logistics group opened a COVID-19 vaccination clinic in the old Century Link building on Monday.
The healthcare company was approved and partnered with Mayo Clinic, Gundersen Health System and the La Crosse County Health Department to help vaccinate as many people as possible. It s very important because there are thousands of people that need to be vaccinated over the next few months, Weber Health Logistics nurse manager Terri Boardman said. Mayo and Gundersen are vaccinating hundreds of people every day but they need our assistance and so they ve readily said that they want us to be a part of the partnership.

Clinic adds to vaccination efforts of Gundersen, Mayo Clinic Health Systems in La Crosse County

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – Weber Health Logistics in La Crosse is helping vaccinate those eligible in our community.
The company was able to move up their vaccination effort after a little more than a month of preparations.
Doses of the vaccine arrived Monday and they’ve already started giving the shots.
Vaccines will be available to those determined to be eligible by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
“There are thousands of people that need to be vaccinated over the next few months. And Mayo and Gundersen are vaccinating hundreds of people every day, but they need our assistance,” said Terri Boardman Weber Health Logistics vaccine clinic nurse manager.
