A few of these snow squalls had near white-out conditions and snow-covered roads. © WMUR Weather Expected Wind Chills Tuesday AM On Monday afternoon squalls along Route I-93 from Tilton north reduced speed limits to 45 mph amid poor road conditions. Around 10:45 p.m. on Monday, utility companies reported more than 18,500 customers were without power. Including 17,295 Eversource customers and 1,835 Unitil customers. Behind this line of snow squalls (leading edge of the arctic front), temperatures have quickly plummeted into the teens and single digits.
