Hickory Residents Charged In Drug Case

39-year-old Victor Eugene Leatherman and 32-year-old Brittany Nicole Rogers, both of the same 14th Avenue SW, Hickory address, were arrested Friday (February 12) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. Leatherman is charged with trafficking in methamphetamine. Both suspects are charged with maintaining a dwelling to sell controlled substance, possession of schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Last Friday, investigators with the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office and Hickory Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence in the 300 block of 14th Ave SW in Hickory. During the search approximately 301 grams of a liquid substance containing methamphetamine, approximately 13 grams of crystal meth, five Alprazolam pills (Schedule IV), $1,007 in United States currency, a stolen motor vehicle
